I stayed with Sylvie for 3 months during a work trip and absolutely loved it! I enjoyed my morning coffee on the beach, the tram runs right by the flat and Albert park is a short walk away. Sylvie was a great host and everything ran smooth during my stay. I would definitely recommend others to stay here!

My 4 week stay at Sylvie's place was fantastic. The Studio is a good size, well decorated inside and has everything you could need for a medium-long stay in Melbourne. The balcony area is a lovely space to sit and the large windows mean the apartment is bathed in light throughout the day. Sylvie is a wonderful host. She was always quick to reply when I sent her a message and kept in touch with me throughout my stay to ensure I had everything I needed. The check-in process was easy using the smart keypad. Being able to park is a great added bonus - however I used public transport during my stay and found it very easy to navigate, with the closest tram stop being one road away. Middle Park has a lovely beach and local shops and restaurants are less than 5 minutes walk away. Plus it's very quick and easy to get into Melbourne CBD. I will definitely be checking to see if Sylvie's place is available next time I'm in Melbourne.

Sylvie's place is exactly as described. It is spotless clean and less than a 5 min walk to the tram. It's right on the beach too! We really loved this location. Communication was excellent. Sylvie went above and beyond for us. We loved the balcony, the design, and attention to detail. Everything was of such good quality and the bed was so comfortable. We would stay here again!

Sylvie's place is a home away from home, even better actually! I had a long stay and everything was there that I needed to be happy and comfortable for weeks. Sylvie has equipped and decorated the place beautifully. She checked regularly if I needed anything. It really is a special find, tucked away in one of Melbourne's loveliest suburbs with the village, bay, cafe's, trams on your doorstep. Highly recommend.

Sylvie was an amazing host! The place was super clean, and looked just like the photos. She even helped me out on the trip when I forgot my international travel adapter in a really timely manner. Would definitely recommend, and hope to come here again!
