My stay here was worth the price. The location is great as it is near to some malls, school, and offices. It is also easy to access public transportation. The room is simple, good for short stays. But I think the room can still be improved. There is a big opportunity to increase the room quality. I love that the price is cheaper compared to other places even though it is located at the city center, with a room that is complete with basic room amenities, and a host who is very accommodating. Thank you, Sir Brian for your hospitality and immediate response to my needs!

3.5 out of 5 stars Location : 5 * madali puntahan via car (idk pag commute) * Pay Parking available (40/3h + 10/succeeding hr) - lalagpas ka pa sa venue for parking pero may daanan ng tao na tawid lang from studio 1 mismo (shortcut) * malapit lang sa Festival Mall/Filinvest area, pwede lakarin * Madaming malapit na kainan, 711, nalalakad lang Check-in : 3 * 1 day prior sa check-in, nanghingi na names ng guests pero pagdating, wala pa daw abiso from admin kaya need pa icontact host for confirmation at naghintay pa (almost 10mins lang naman but still, not smooth) * Mahirap gamitin yung susi for doorknob (may teknik pa para gumana) pero yung for the deadbolt okay naman Bathroom : 3 * Yung showerhead...walang water na lumalabas sa madaming butas (tinry ko na diff settings, dami barado) tapos iba ibang way ang labas ng water. 😅 * Yung mga supposedly patungan ng damit/towel, ang alikabok :( * Super lakas ng water pressure, ang sakit na sa balat nung shower at bidet 😅 Room : 3 * yung 2 ilaw sa ceiling, madilim * yung ilaw lang sa may lababo ang pwedeng "main" ilaw * ang alikabok (as in lumilipad yung alikabok) sa mga area na "di masyado ginagamit" like cabinets except dun sa cabinet na may hanger (unfortunately natrigger ang allergic rhinitis dahil dito 😔) Plus points: * accomodating and reachable si host * malamig naman yung aircon (pero pag sinilip mo loob mej madumi) * may clean bath towels * may shampoo sachet and body soap (sealed) * may tissue roll (new) * gumagana ang ref * new dishwashing liquid sachet Suggestions: * please clean thoroughly before sana dumating yung guests. Sobrang hirap nung ang daming alikabok from cabinets, lalo na if may allergies yung guest. 😅 (may cleaning fee included naman sa price. I mean, before and after sana ang cleaning. Hehe Kahit wipe lang sana pag may magcheck-in) *chineck kasi namin every cabinets, nook and cranny and yung cabinet sa ilalim ng tv, nagulat ako pagopen at pagclose, lumipad ang alikabok. 🫣 * please change shower head. Nakita ko may comment na from 2019 regarding this. 🥲 * trashcan for bathroom * include sa description ang type of socket (for chargers hehe) Verdict : * not sure if worth the price considering na malapit naman siya sa commercial areas * pwede na to if may event ka sa nearby area and for sleepover lang talaga...provided di ka allergic sa alikabok. 😅 * Would recommend naman but needs improvement (naluma na kasi ang unit) especially sa "alikabok" part hehe * Smooth and fast naman magcheck-out *never tried cooking food/using microwave/electric kettle
