Choice Home at Usery Mountain is a large three bedroom, two bath entire home with a fully equipped kitchen and resort-style backyard. Recreationists will enjoy a short drive to Usery Mountain Park, Salt River Recreation, Saguaro Lake, & area golf courses. The amazing city light & mountain views and eloquent desert landscaping perfectly display the unique beauty of the southwest. The home is close to area attractions while secluded enough to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. The entire home, backyard, and multiple viewing patios are available for guest use. The space is best suited for up to seven guests. The home includes three bedrooms, two baths, a large kitchen with kitchen essentials, a living room with fireplace, a loft, and a game room complete with a pool table, and a laundry room for guest use. Carter February 2018- We had six people and really enjoyed our stay in Cathy’s home and would recommend to others. We especially loved the outdoor seating areas and fire pit at night. The house is large and spacious. The master bedroom is enormous and takes up the entire upstairs. The kitchen is also large and has everything you need to cook with. Check in/out and communication were a breeze. I recommend bringing a portable stereo for music, and the bedroom with the twin beds is really one twin bed with a trundle underneath. The fifth bed is actually a day loft upstairs. There are also no bathrooms outside the bedrooms which are available to guests. Art January 2018- All I can say is “WOW”. The home is spectacular in all aspects. It was all we expected and much more. Lisa and Cathy were great Hosts and answered any question I had quickly. If you want to experience what true Arizona living is like this is the home to do it in. We had such a good time and the home had things to do for our whole family. Even my 2 year old grand daughter had toys to play with. I could go on and on. We had no regrets at all for staying here. Janet December 2017- This home is spectacular with its amenities and beautiful location. Our family (three generations) had a fabulous time at this home. The kitchen is amazing; we cooked every meal here for four days. The beautifully landscaped patio and yard have many lovely little areas for reading, napping, sunbathing, enjoying a fire pit, and playing cards and games with the kids. We were able to listen to so many birds (including owls), watch the hummingbirds, and enjoy the desert sites and sounds. Hiking is available right out the door; also very close to the Usery Mountains and the Lost Dutchman State Park. There is balcony seating on both sides of the home for sitting to watch the sunrise and sunset. The pool table, multiple televisions, and shuffle board entertained the teenagers and adults when we weren't hiking or playing cards. We found lots of spots to hang out together or slip away to read our books. Our families traveled from St. Louis and San Diego and wanted a vacation that was unique to our love of cooking, hiking, playing cards and games, relaxing, enjoying nature, and being together. This home was perfect for our every need. Thank you for being dog friendly, too. It was fun to know our dog was welcome and Cathy, our host even provided a big dog bed for our pup.
