It was a very nice place to stay for a couple of nights. Close to Cherokee. Easily accessible. Beautiful cabin and scenery.
Beautiful cabin. Very close to the casino. It snowed on our trip so it was very peaceful. BUT there were problems. No coffee pot -after I called and checked prior to arrival, washing machine broken, wifi down the entire stay, heat was set to 57 on arrival so the house was freezing , heat was broken on arrival and had to be serviced. Vacasa did a terrible job at communicating with me. They were slow to respond and I probably talked to 15 different people trying to resolve the many issues.
