Douglas was very responsive always, which we appreciated. The house was conveniently located, close to shopping and places we wanted to visit. The heated pool and firepit were a big hit, especially with our grandkids! Neighborhood was pretty quiet. House had mostly everything we needed. Thanks, Douglas, for a very pleasant stay at your place.

Absolutely charming restored Crafstman in easy walking distance to historic Folsom. Comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and host was great. Highly recommended.

Our stay exceeded everyone’s expectations. We were looking for a place to celebrate Christmas as a family where all attendees could join regardless of driving distance or work schedules. Folsom was the ideal spot. We never imagined finding a place that felt like a home away from home, beautifully decorated with a Christmas tree and holiday decor, and a host that was incredibly thoughtful, responsive, and inviting. The location was perfect! We were able to stroll downtown for lunch and dinner, walk our dogs through the neighborhood in the morning and at night. This was one of our best experiences through Airbnb.

Douglas’s home was like it was out of a movie; super cute and cozy! When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to see the house was decorated for Christmas (we stayed there from Dec 23-26). It felt like home away from home :) Douglas was very responsive and kind. We really enjoyed our stay and loved that the location was walkable to the downtown area. Highly recommend!
