Francesca è stata estremamente disponibile, cordiale e ci ha fatto sentire a casa. La casa lascia riposare lo spirito per la quiete e la calma. Dentro c'è tutto l'occorrente e anche di più. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Splendido il terrazzo enorme vista montagna.

Bellissima casa immersa in un paesaggio altrettanto magnifico e tranquillo. Francesca è molto gentile, ci ha accolto molto bene e non ci ha fatto mancare nulla, persimo molto giochi da tavolo , che sono stati molto apprezzati!

Wir haben zwei Wochen im September in dem Ferienhaus von Francesca verbracht und die Zeit auch wegen der wunderschönen ruhigen Lage sehr genossen. Man kann sich gut auf der Terrasse aufhalten, wir haben häufig dort gegessen. Bei heißem Wetter findet man dort nachmittags Schatten. Das regionaltypische Steinhaus aus Francescas Familie ist neu renoviert und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die Räume sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein Großteil der Möbel stammt aus altem Familienbesitz, so dass die Einrichtung sehr individuell und etwas ganz Besonderes ist. Francesca ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation hat sehr gut geklappt, und sie konnte uns viele Empfehlungen geben. Serramonacesca und die Umgebung sind sehr reizvoll, man kann gleich vom Haus aus losgehen. Wir können das Ferienhaus ausdrücklich empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Ulrike

Casa Majella is a gem. Peaceful, with a great view and cozy garden. The location is a perfect entry point to hiking and not too far from the cost. Francesca was very welcoming and helpful. We’d gladly come back

The communication with Francesca was perfect. She really want to help and serve us. Everything was planned and prepared before our arrival. the complimentary set was really appreciated on our arrival after a long travel. The casa Majela is nice house in stone. the house is very big and well equiped with a big garden. Serramonacesca is a very beautiful village typical from the abrruzes in the mountains and not so far from Chieti and Pescara. we really enjoyed our stay in family!!
