GOMA, your private guest suite (entire floor) is located in our townhouse, built in 1870, on the border of Gowanus and Park Slope in Brooklyn. The newly renovated space includes a living room, kitchen, full bathroom and bedroom with queen bed. Pull-out queen sofa also available. A 2-minute walk to the subway gets you to Manhattan or Williamsburg in 20 minutes on the F, G or R trains. Close to the best Brooklyn restauarants, breweries and culture. Walking distance to Prospect Park. This guest suite was set up for our West Coast family/friends to visit and have their own bedroom, sitting room and kitchenette. We supply ample pillows and quality bedding to help facilitate a good nights sleep so you are well rested for your NYC explorations or to visit family. We are centrally located in Gowanus/Park Slope - home to some of the best Brooklyn restaurants, bars and breweries. In the adorable kitchen you will find a coffee maker, microwave, European fridge, oven, and dishwasher. We also provide a full set of dishes, glassware and silverware, and every thing you need if you choose to cook at home. Need to use an instapot, waffle maker or blender? Just ask us--we've got you covered! When you are not out exploring NYC you can relax and watch Netflix on a 50-inch television or relax and read a book or magazine from the apartment library. There is also a ROKU televsion in the bedroom. Please note the townhome's primary kitchen is directly above the guest suite bedroom. While we attempt to limit noise at times you may hear us above. We also have a dog with a deep bark but he is adorable and friendly. You will have private access to the full guest area of our townhome as indicated in the pictures and listing details. While we adhere to NYC Local Law 18 that mandates that the townhome space be shared, we make sure that our guests feel their privacy is fully respected throughout their stay (STR Registration number pending approval).
