We, my wife & I, have a very quiet, recently renovated, and comfortable home. We live very close to Interstate 10, the West Covina Mall, many restaurants and Fast Food on Glendora Ave, Porto's and Vons/CVS are also very close. Welcome! The one tenant bedroom has a queen bed with linens/blanket, a desk/chair w/ lamp, 2 tall dressers, and 2 end tables w/ lamps and alarm clock. There is also a 2nd chair for visitors, not a second tenant. Also, a large closet with a clothes hamper and hangers. 2 windows, so lots of sunshine!! We would like our tenant to have a full time job outside the home, because we are both recently retired, and are now home during the day. Also, if you are interested, but need clarification w/ a few questions. And our answers do not fulfill your needs, then please send us a response of "No longer interested". So, we are not "in limbo", if/when we receive another tenant request for our room. Thank you.
