The apartment is very spacious with plenty of room for both people and all their stuff. For those who care about such things, the wifi service was the fastest I've experienced in a rental apartment. Entire podcasts downloaded in a couple of seconds. The location could hardly be better. It's very central and yet quiet and peaceful; there's no traffic noise at all since the apartment is facing a pedestrian only square. I never met Roberto, but he was constantly available via the AirBnB messaging service, so check-in was a breeze and check-out even easier - just leave without the keys. All in all, I can wholeheartedly recommend this place, whether you're a solo traveler like me or up to 3 persons.

The apartment is extremely spacious, with a great outlook over the theatre square. The location is ideal for exploring Alicante.

location superb could not be better and spacious accommodation easily big enough for family of 4. Super host, very friendly and good communication. Apartment has everything you need, good WiFi and smart TV, loads of storage space, big kitchen etc. To get there go to level 2 of airport and get on bus C6 (buses every 20 mins untill 22:00hrs then hourly) very cheap and get off at Mercado Central. then cross road and walk down pedestrianised street opposite, once you see Theatro on your right look for doorway with 4 above it on your left and you are there, literally a couple of minutes walk. Same route for your return to airport. People have commented about noise but this is period Spanish flat so no soundproofing but neighbours respectful. Some street noise at front but bedroom towards back and well away from street so peaceful and cooler due to internal shafts between adjoining flats. Overall highly recommended and I hope to be able to stay with Roberto if I come to Alicante again.

This apartment is in an ideal location. It could not be better. The apartment is very spacious, and it was clean. However, the host was invisible. In three weeks we saw noone associated with ownership, except a maid, who brought sheets for the two beds that had not been made or provided with sheets. It took two weeks of begging to finally get the sheets. the bed in the main bedroom was not comforatable (depressed in the middle). However, once again, the location and quietness could not be beat.
