Pierpalo’s place was great! Perfect location in walking distance to all the main attractions. Tons of bars and restaurants and street food in the area. Pierpalo was an amazing host - always so responsive and helpful! The roof deck has stunning views!

Casa Santa Sofia 5 – Pierpaolo We had an absolutely wonderful time in Palermo, and that was largely due to Pierpaolo – his quirky apartamento and his fantastic connections. Pierpaola was, by far, the most engaging and responsive host we’ve encountered in our many rentals with VRBO and, in this case, AirBnB. He was very responsive, receptive to suggestions for improvements, and has absolutely the BEST connections! His recommendation of Claudio as a driver for us, Danila as our walking tour guide, and A Buatta for a group dinner at a local restaurant could not have been better. The apartment is a bit quirky. We liked it, but not all may. We stayed in the ‘windowful’ and airy upstairs bedroom, but the bath for that is down 2 flights of stairs within the apartment. The master, on the lower level, is also the conduit for the loft. Our friends stayed in the master, no one in the loft. What a unique and beautiful apartment in the heart of an amazing city. We stayed here with friends for a birthday weekend and it was just perfect. There are some lovely restaurants a short walk from the front door and you only have to walk for 5 minutes and you're in the centre of the city. A perfect weekend away! Pierpaolo was really good with the communications and welcomed us into his lovely apartment. Such a great space to retreat to after a long day sightseeing. The roof terrace was a real treat to sit and enjoy the view with a drink in hand!

The pictures do not do this place justice. It has one of the highest private terraces in the city with 360 degree views. High ceilings throughout with tons of natural sunlight in a charming building with a courtyard entrance in best part of Palermo. The top highlights of the city are within an easy walk. We also did a great hike up to the highest peak in Palermo. Excellent restaurants out the front door. Apartment is very spacious. AC was great/ internet great/ host communication unbelievable. Def recommend and would stay here again.
