If you’re not going to be at the place a lot, it’s a good location and a nice place. The owner is around, but they were very nice.

Staying here was great! Needed somewhere to stay for a fun night out at 7th and this was perfect. Dane was a great host…he ran us through everything and made sure we were good the whole stay. No complaints from me

Was an amazing stay over all. Loved the look of the room, the house. Any questions were answered right away and was welcomed with great hospitality. Would recommend for someone who is looking for a quick stay as I was. Have no complaints what so ever of my stay. If I ever needed to come and stay again, I would totally book again

Danes place was literally walking distance to EVERYTHING! We stayed there Ubbi Dubbi fest. The Uber XL to Panther Island was 8$ and we walked to West 7th. His place was beautiful, clean, huge and had a great backyard! The kitchen was perfect for cooking breakfast and late night snacks! We had little pre game and after parties with our group. There was WiFi and everything we needed available to us. Dane was in constant communication with me about anything I needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be back :)
