Great host, comfortable bed, good AC. I liked the free water in the fridge and the fancy hand soap dispenser. I loved the downtown walking tour brochure! The Wifi wasn't strong enough to stream TV but was fine on my phone. The gate was a bit of a hassle and the stairs were steep, but this was a terrific alternative to pricy Southlake hotels. I'll be back!

From being able to check in early to getting to pet a chicken, Sonya’s place was an amazing experience all in itself! She is so nice and kind and I love being able to talk to a host finally. My daughter loved the welcoming commity (the 3 ponies and 3 cows) and being able to wake up and see the chickens in the backyard. It is kid friendly and Sonya has a bunch of brochures inside to take a look at if you’re from out of town or not familiar with the area already. Having lived in TX before, we knew what was near by but for someone who has never been they have all the sites! I highly recommend staying here if you want a country feel with the great views, and seeing the animals first thing in the morning, but with all the modern amenities! I can’t wait for our next trip out here, we will definitely be staying again!
