I have been using AirBnb since long time. I styed in many residences booked through Airbnb. Every time I had a pleasant experience. This is the first time in history I had a worst experience by staying in La Hotera. So much to write about this place. 1. Its located far from the city. 2. No Room service boys availability. You have to carry your luggage till your by yourself. No one is there to help you on this. Those boys carry my luggage till lift and gave pose like they did so much for you. No matter what question you ask them, they will give reply as "sorry sir. its not available" 3. Kitchen is there just for show up. No utensils, no crockery nothing. It just an empty place with a dirty wash basin. 4. Rooms shown in the pics probably taken at the time of hotel inauguration. Rooms were so dirty. Not properly cleaned. 5. Basically its an OYO hotel. Upon booking its available for Airbnb users too. Not sure why Airbnb putting such places in their site without proper checking the place. I started loosing trust in Airbnb now. 6. Price for the room is too expensive. 7. No restaurants and hotels are available near the hotel. If you have children and old aged persons then it would be a big problem for your. I have faced this problem. Worst place and worst experience.

The rooms and bathrooms are well setup and managed. The road leading to the property is really bad which makes getting in and out quiet a hastle.
