My wife and I stayed at Jaime and Graciela’s beautiful home for 4 nights in April 2024. The artistic home is perfectly set on a large seaside lot, positioned facing southwest to capture the setting sun. The home is as lovely as the pictures, and nicely set up for 1-2 couples or a family of 4. The furnishings are elegant, very Mexican “beach” style, with lots of stucco and wood. It is set up for “indoor-outdoor” living with large retractable doors between the main room and terrace, and the upper 3/4 loft is open to the sea. The bedrooms each have AC (very necessary in humid April!), and beds are firm but comfortable. Amenities are well provided as listed. The property caretakers, Tio and his wife Demi, are lovely people and very helpful and attentive. Bring Google translate! You will need a car if you don’t plan for LONG walks. It about 15-20 minutes drive to Punta, Zicatales, or centro. In summary, the perfect, romantic, private getaway home on the beach in Oaxaca!

Words can’t express how happy we are with our decision to stay at this spectacular home. Don Teo and his family were very attentive to our needs all while giving us enough privacy. La señora Demi and her daughter kept the place very clean and kept stocking us with clean towels. The best part was hiring Ada, we did not ever have to leave to have a delicious meal. She’s an excellent chef. The beach was secluded and private, the pool was clean and was our favorite hangout spot. This home is a dream, we will definitely be back!

Espectacular. La casa es igual o mejor que en las fotos. Muy buena alberca, camas cómodas, está muy limpia, el personal que trabaja muy eficiente y Adali cocina muy bien. Repetiremos seguro!

This place is beyond exquisite - we had such a wonderful time and were very well looked after. The property is beautifully situated right on the beach, it’s peaceful and secluded and offers so much privacy… it’s a short walk down the beach to Casona Sforza which has a gorgeous restaurant and spa amenities and equally as tranquil. Teo and Demi, the house keepers are so special and kind and offer a daily cleaning service. We can’t recommend this place higher - we will be back for sure!
