Our stay in Hidalgo was an exceptional experience. The house is ideally laid out for climbers and is a short walk to El Potrero Chico. There is excellent AC, a full set of kitchen supplies, and a beautiful view from the front porch. The host, Jorge, went above and beyond to ensure that we had a good stay. Jorge was proactively communicative, helpful, and even assisted when we had issues with our rental car. We can't recommend this Airbnb and Jorge's hospitality highly enough.

Jorge’s place was perfect! The location was great, it was clean and had all the necessary amenities, the pool was nice, and Jorge was very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Jorge’s son picked us up and dropped us off at the airport for a very reasonable price. The most important thing- they provided jugs of water! This was huge for us. We had friends staying at various Airbnbs throughout Potrero and we all decided we’re going to be fighting for Jorge’s house next year :)

Jorge and his family went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful! Our communication with him was excellent - he helped organize rides both to and from the airport for us for a reasonable cost. The place was honestly the cleanest of any Airbnb we have ever stayed at - the attention to detail is impeccable (including filtered water and a fully usable kitchen), and includes air conditioning and heating (we needed both on different days we were there that week!). The place was a quick 15 minute walk to the crags and 5-10 minutes to many of the restaurants. The pool was a nice bonus. We would love to stay at Jorge’s place again next time!

I really have nothing but praise: Jorge and his family are friendly and helpful, doing airport pickups, help with the house and supplies as needed, always responsive. The house itself is comfortable, has an insane view of El Toro, and is a short walk from the climbing. I hope to be back soon.
