Wonderful Airbnb in the perfect location! We loved it.
Lovely home that would be great for very nimble guests. The loft is beautiful but has a very steep ladder to reach it. Would be great for families with teens. Serenbe and general location have a lot of local activities and the home is within walking distance to restaurant and shops, the gym and spa and other health shops.
Beautiful neighborhood with lots to see and do. A golf cart to get around was delightful. The property itself is lovely with an array of games and activities available in the house. The home is spotless, and nicely decorated. There are only two things to be aware of if you’re renting this property… 1) the loft stairs are very, very, very steep and narrow. There is a gate at the top of the stairs for safety, which is very nice. 2) The second thing to know is that both beds in the loft are against slanted ceilings so your head cannot fit without the risk of sitting up and hitting your head on the ceiling. I am 5’2” and my husband is 6’2” and our feet hung off the end of the bed… I ended up sleeping on the couch so my husband could lay diagonally in the bed. Minor inconvenience but something to know.
This is in a great location! The hosts are extremely responsive and helpful. We had a great stay! This place had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.
We had a great stay-cation in Serenbe. The golf cart is a great amenity and made for fun transportation around the community. At some point adult bikes were a part of the listing, and it would be great to have those again - it would allow those who aren’t old enough to drive the cart to get around, too!

We are so happy to be SUPERHOSTS representing several properties on the south side of Atlanta (Serenbe + Newnan). We take a lot of pride in all properties we both own and the properties we represent. We started out hosting our RETREAT @ ANDERS NORTH! Fun fact...this home was built in 2018 by Bobby. So, as you can imagine, we take a lot of care in our home and love sharing our "pet" project with all of our Airbnb guests! No matter which property you stay at - the RETREAT, the HYGGE HOUSE, the HERRENHAUS, the ANALOG ESCAPE, the HIDEAWAY and/or the MODERN SWANN - our main goal is to have you love the home as much as we do (or the respective owners do). On a personal note, when Susan is not getting our properties ready for a new guest, she is usually grading papers or researching in her areas of expertise. Her “real” job is as a college professor at a local university teaching business communication to undergraduates and strategic business communication to MBA students. Susan is originally from Buffalo, New York and has been in Georgia for the past 12+ years, and Bobby is an actual home-grown native of Atlanta from the Buckhead area. We hope you select one of our properties for your next "getaway" - whether it is a stay-cation or traveling for work, wedding, or special event. We work hard to make sure you enjoy your stay!
