I feel only a wow will do to begin with. Having visited Jamaica many times over the years, I've never seen the side of the country that could make me fall in love with it...until now. Staying with my lovely hosts Karlene and Damian was an absolute joy. They made me feel so at home and treated me so well. Their knowledge of the island is fantastic. They taught me about the many mountains and less visited tourist attractions that I'd never heard of. The beauty of their locality. So lush and green. Caldo Tours is a little jewel. I stayed in the Jamaica Suite which has air con, a ceiling fan, and a fridge. It was so nice to not have the typical hotel layout and presentation which can sometimes be almost clinical. The pool was just a few yards away from my door. It's a must to see the sunset from the upper terrace! I spent a much needed restful week here and honestly can't wait to return. Not something I've ever said about Jamaica believe it or not. All in all highly recommended.
