A localização do apartamento é ótima, bem perto do Castelo Sant’Angelo. 5 minutos andando da Piazza Navona e Panteão. O apartamento é bem equipado, com ferro de passar, secador de cabelo, máquina de lavar… A cama é muito confortável e o edredom maravilhoso, apesar de ser no mezanino, a escada é super confortável de subir, porém não dava para ficar em pé lá em cima. O banheiro que não tinha box me preocupava, porém o escoamento de água é ótimo e seca rápido! P/ chegar no apt precisa subir alguns lances de escada e o espaço é apertado, porém da p/ subir tranquilamente, mas se tiver opção de levar pouca bagagem será o ideal. A nossa estadia foi ótima e deu tudo certo! O apartamento é charmoso e muito iluminado, super voltaria!

Overall, our stay at this Airbnb was fantastic! The space was beautifully decorated and cozy, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. However, potential guests should be aware that accessing the bed requires climbing a ladder. While it added a unique charm to the space, it may not be suitable for everyone, especially those with mobility issues or a fear of heights. If you're up for the adventure though, this place is definitely worth it!

We had a fantastic stay at Alessandro’s place here in Rome! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center with all the major tourist attractions within a 30-minute walking distance and most of them way closer. The apartment itself was in good condition and clean. There was a wonderful restaurant just 200 meters away from the front door, making dining out incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rome!

Great little apartment, very charming and authentic. Great location, close to main attractions, just across the bridge from the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo. Piazza Navona is only 200m away. However, this is not a luxury unit, so be prepared to have only basic necessities. Kitchen is a bit outdated, appliances seem to be running on their last breath (but functional). Also the stairs in the building are quite narrow and may be challenging if your luggage is large and heavy. Had no issues with checking in/out and Alessandro is very responsive and kind. If you want to feel like a local but be in the center of everything this is for you.

Un excelente anfitrión y un excelente alojamiento. Tiene todas las comodidades y la zona es perfecta para todos los planes que quieras hacer (buenos restaurantes, tiendas de todo tipo, central a todos los puntos de interés de la ciudad) volvería a alojarme en este sitio y me sentiría nuevamente como en casa.
