מקום נוח מאד לשהות עם משפחה וילדים! החדר משחקים מגוון מאד וממש תוספת חיונית לחופשה. הקונספט עם הספרים היה נוכח ומעניין למבוגרים וללילדים. וגם החצר מזמינה וכייפית וגם מגוונת באפשרויות. תכננו לצאת בבוקר ויצאנו אחהצ 😀 תודה עמית!!
Nice clean house. We were four couples with toddlers and felt the space worked well. The welcome was warm and Amit was available for our whole stay.

Delightfully situated, beautifully appointed roomy house that served us as a base for Northern Israel excursions. At the end of quiet street in the moshav, with easy on/off from Highway, the house had 5 private bedrooms with excellent beds, and spacious clean bathrooms. Comfortable, and first-class … excellent bedding, towels, pillows. It had more than enough room, and bed options, for large family or dual (or triple) family groups. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare, serve and feed our group. And, the local mini-mart had fresh fruits and vegetables as well as any needed dry goods. There were fruit trees outside for a pomella or kumquats. There’s a goat farm / cheese maker a short bit up the road if there are kids who like Kids. There is enough yard and outdoor space to spread out. And we easily toured up into the Golan, and around the Kineret, and along the coast. Our host Amit was quick to respond, provide any answers, and kind and thoughtful - while giving us complete privacy. Unreserved recommendation for this gem of a property - I couldn’t think of anything off, or needing improvement. I hope we can stay there again on next visit.
Amit was a great host and responded to every request. His place is ideal for family with kids. The playroom had something to do for all ages . From toddler to teen as well as adults. His place was very clean comfortable and perfect for our family of 11. His recommendation for a caterer/chef was also excellent .

We are Amit and Smadar Bar-On, the owners of Bar-On Holiday Homes - Nature & Culture. We have been married since 1981. I, Amit, am an expert in the management and analysis of computerized information systems, and the owner of an outsourcing consulting firm for local authorities and municipal bodies called Meniv Hachnasot Ltd. I graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem where Smadar and I met on my first day of studies. After two years of courting, I asked her to marry me. I, Smadar, am a graduate of Tel Aviv University with a Master’s from Hebrew University, and now a specialist in early childhood education. I teach and direct educational teams and recently wrote and published a book entitled אפלטון בפעוטון (in English, Plato in the Nursery),which outlines an innovative way to raise children. I am crazy about books, games and philosophy. We love to listen to music, travel, view art, and of course, to meet people from all over the world. We have raised two wonderful children, Noa and Gilad, who are now grown and have gone off in their own directions. From an early age, we have both been committed to volunteering and engagement in our community. Smadar operates the library in Moshav Ben Ami, is a committee member of the Education Committee of the Mateh Asher Regional Council and contributes her time and knowledge to the parents' groups in the moshav. As a founding member of the moshav, Amit has been very active for years in its management and the activity of the Mate Asher Regional Council. In 2013, we realized our dream of hosting guests from around the world, and Bar-On Holiday Homes - Nature & Culture was born. Since then we have not stopped developing the compound, improving the design and functionality of the guest houses, grounds and facilities and seeking ways to improve the guest experience. Our goal is to provide exceptional service and to create an oasis for couples and families visiting from around Israel and the world to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries, explore the Galilee, and take in all the beauty, history and culture that the North of Israel has to offer. We love to assist our guests in any way possible and have earned excellent reviews - 9.5 out of 10 at Booking.com, “SuperHost” on Airbnb.com, and a rating of “Exceptional” at Hotels.com. We host guests for weekends and short stays, as well as for longer periods.
