This was the most gorgeous hut, beautifully appointed with everything I needed for a chilled out few days. Cosy, relaxing and spotless with glorious views across the valley and meadows all around. It was amazing to be able to sit and watch the sunrise over the hills and listen to the birdsong as the sun set. I loved the clever touches, beautiful luxury towels, a hammock, a table with a parasol, a log burner and barbecue. Nick was a terrific host, thoughtful and friendly.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here, everything was super lovely and in the most beautiful surroundings. Nick was extremely helpful, giving us some great tips about places to visit (etc)! We will definitely be back lots!

We had a great extended stay in the lovely well-equipped Shepard's Hut. The immediate surroundings are great for both humans and dogs. Our dog Tillie loved running around the field in front of the hut but there is also several helpful touches for dog owners like multiple tether points and an outside tap. There are some comfy outdoor chairs, a hammock to relax in and a table with bench to eat at. Inside the hut, there's a high bed with cracking views outside, a full size shower and everything you need in the kitchen. There is a rather cute sheep theme inside the which suits the Welsh countryside well. Every time we saw host Nick (often with adorable host dog Hetty), he would ask where we had been and provide recommendations on what to do next. To compliment this, there is a lot of useful information in the booklet in the hut. We would highly recommend a stay in this hut!

This is the perfect stay if you're looking for a peaceful getaway. The views are amazing and the hut is very comfortable. Its in a great location for exploring the local area and Nick has great recommendations. This place is dog friendly and the host has a super friendly and adorable golden retriever. Highly recommend staying here. It will not disappoint.
