322 Holborn is a very comfortable place. They allowed us to check in our luggage before the cleaning process was completed and then called us when they were done so we could move in a little early. They provided us with plenty of instant coffee and the English have pots that boil water very quickly. The flat was very clean, and they accommodated our request for a couple of extra towels. They gave us a set of keys and a card which is needed to gain access to the building and to operate the elevator. If you plan to do separate things ( i.e one going to one museum while the other takes a London walks tour) be sure and request a second set of keys in advance. The kitchen had all of the needed items for the 2 of us Seniors. The only minor issue is that the doors that hold the dishes and glasses don’t have catches. They must be held open. We solved that by removing the items that we needed and just left them on the counter. We highly recommend London Walks - 2 hours 15# or 10# for Senior

Great space! Felt really warm - like a home away from home. Besides the tiny shower room, everything else was really enjoyable. Wish we spent more time there.

Matt und Hernan sind sehr gute Gastgeber. Sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Trotzdem nicht aufdringlich. Wir haben uns bei denen sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung, in Londoner-Still, ist sehr chamant und befindet sich im Herzen von London. Trotzdem ruhig. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet und uns hat an Nichts gefehlt. In direkter Nähe befinden sich Haltestellen, Supermärkte, Restaurants und sogar Sehenswürdigkeiten. Von der Terasse her kann man die City sehen. Das gesamte Gebäude ist videoüberwacht. Dort zu sein, war für uns ein Genusserlebnis!

Hernan and Matt’s place is probably the best property I’ve ever stayed at. It offers premium location, easy access to two stations (one of them is 1 minute walk) and it’s well-equipped with everything thing one needs for a comfortable stay. Hernan is also the friendliest host you’ll probably ever deal with and he’s so prompt and proactive. During my 1 week stay, I can easily say that I felt right at home. If you book in the summer, you’ll definitely make use of the lovely terrace that overlooks the city but in my case it was pretty cold and rainy so I couldn’t unfortunately. I would 100% recommend you book this flat.

Hard to beat the location and you are within walking distance from a central tube station and tons of London attractions. The flat is spacious and easy to locate. The living space is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Great views of London and a nice terrace that you can enjoy (weather permitting). Easy to get the keys and access the apartment. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommend!
