ما يميز المسكن هو المنطقة المحيطة يبعد المترو قرابة 8 دقائق وكذلك مركز التسوق المسكن يبدوا متواضع من ناحية النظافة ولكن بشكل عام مناسب اذا كنت لا تريد قضاء وقت كبير بالمنزل

Great little place in a great location with a great host. Don’t know how else to put it. Pool, gym, tennis and basketball courts in the building complex. Indomaret, barber shop, restaurant, and Laundry service in the complex for the rainy days when you don’t want to deal with Jakarta traffic. Would recommend and will book again.

The place is very nice for stay and the host is very responsive and helpful. The security of the area/building is very well managed. It felt like home and the unit is equipped with the amenities. Check in and check out process is well described and so convenient. The neighbourhood is very quite and secure. There are many restaurants, cafes and malls near by. Commuting is very convenient from that part of the city.

Nice location, gym, pool, restaurant, two mini markets and laundry service all located on the estate. Nearby is another larger gym which has BJJ classes (Elite Fitness). The property is a little dated but in a perfect location, Epicentrum Mall a short walk away (4 minutes). Restaurants, Farmers and Cinema all located within a short distance along with bars and restaurants not far away either. Would recommend.
