In Lentävänniemi, where nature is close, but public transportation is frequent. Several bus lines in 8 min intervals, take you to the center in 15-20 min. The bus stop is 150m away. Arriving by car? No problem! There is free parking spaces in the vicinity and plenty of street parking. The nearest store is 150m away. The beautiful newly build harbor, and the jogging/biking paths by the lake shore, gives guests the great opportunity to enjoy Tampere's beautiful nature and lakes! Spacious, private bedroom with a locking door and also has its own TV with possibility for streaming and DVDs upon request! The TV is equipped with Apple TV, a DVD player and an HDMI input, so guests can connect their laptop (host will provide cable). There is also a wardrobe with sliding door mirrors, with plenty of space, so guests can put their clothes away and feel a bit more at home. The kitchen as well as the bathroom is a shared space, but can be used freely. Guests are required to tidy after them selves (wipe the counters and stove after use), the shared space and bedroom will be cleaned weekly for guests staying more than 7 days (the bedsheets will be changed every Sunday*). Please note that cleaning won’t be carried out if the door is locked! Before using the washing machine or dishwashing, guests are required to speak with the host first, for instructions. In the kitchen you can find all the necessary kitchen supplies and machines, for all cooking and baking needs. A multiuse-microwave is also available for quick meals or heating up beverages. There is a table panini/sandwich grill, a toaster, an electric kettle, a coffee press, a drip coffee maker, a stove and oven, as well as pans and pots, there are some spices available for guests to use. In the bathroom the guests can enjoy a relaxing shower in the newly renovated shower (towel is in the guest room upon arrival) and extra towels will be provided if needed (please ask host for any additional towels). In the bathroom you will find shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. For guests arriving or on a Wednesday, there is an opportunity to use the community sauna (for 10€, charged separately upon request) on the ground floor (women 8-9pm and men 9-10pm), but this has to be scheduled with the host (minimum 2 days) in advance! Please be aware that an additional late check-in fee is added if checking occurs after 10pm, with the exception of an agreed late check-in at least 2 days prior to arrival. Fee will be added also if guests do not inform about late check-in, after 10pm. *With the exception of guests that stay ≥ 1 month. The host will provide bedsheets and towels, but the guest is responsible for changing them themself. 1 set of bedsheets and a towel/guest per week.
