Great location on the Marina. The surrounding garden & pool area was great, although the Jacuzzi was not working during our stay. Nice townhouse; bedrooms with their own bathrooms plus bathrooms on the main level. Basics provided were minimal; eg. toilet paper, face clothes. Had to purchase dish soap & cloth. Third floor patio was a perfect place to view the eclipse on April 8th.

Sergio & staff were amazing. Understand it was beyond their control but due to construction, very dusty & noisy. In the evening, disco & parties after were extremely loud ..windows vibrated until 5 am which is very annoying. It was very sad to see debris of liquor bottles , broken glass, garbage scattered on the bridge to cross to the villa and in the water banks along the water. So disappointing/sad to see no respect for the land & waterways. We did enjoy Mazatlan itself. Loved the staff & the local restaurants
