If you vistied the Virginia Tech, John's place is definately the best choice! It's so close to the campus, very clean and safe. A lot of restaurants around here and easy to get connected with the SW bus either by walk like 15 minutes or the local bus. John is very helpful and responsive, with his instruction the place is pretty easy to be reached and got inside.

Comfortable bed, relatively quiet for apartment. Generous with kitchen privilege. Two flights of stairs to access apartment, lighting not the best at night. Safe area, and close to restaurants, store, gas. Very nice having place to myself. Instructions clear and helpful. Parking good

Great place to stay for graduation weekend! Place was very easy to find, John gave great instructions on how to get in/ect. Left us some granola bars and other snacks as well as necessary amenities for showering, toothbrush and tooth paste, hair dryer, ect. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice location. Walkable to Kroger, Starbucks, and the UCB area for dining. Close to campus and downtown which was so nice!! I would definitely stay here again, thank you John!
