The boy at the hotel is inconsistent with the details found in our booking. It was stated in the website that the check out should be at 12nn however according to the boy of the hotel, we should check out at 11am. He even informed us late when we are about to take our breakfast in the morning. I get more pissed off of his approach coz he insisted even if we explained that what he is saying is inconsistent with the one in the website. Very unbecoming.
