Our stay at this villa was nothing short of fantastic, lasting for almost two weeks with our extended family of 10-12 people. The property came fully equipped, boasting 5 spacious bedrooms that effortlessly accommodated 10 of us, plus an additional 2 beds kindly added by the landlord to ensure everyone's comfort. Nestled in the heart of Yerevan, the villa's location couldn't be more perfect, situated less than 30 minutes on foot from the iconic Republic Square. This proximity to the square is unparalleled for large properties in the city, making our experience exceptionally convenient and enjoyable. Supermarkets were just a stone's throw away, with a variety of options available within a 2-5 minute walk. The amenities, including Wi-Fi, hot water, and temperature control, were top-notch and greatly enhanced our stay. A heartfelt thank you to Arik for the outstanding assistance. We are eagerly looking forward to our next visit to this delightful property.

big, comfortable house, with comfortable beds. clean. the host lives downstairs which is convenient since any concerns you have can be addressed right away. Vanik and his team were very proactive in reaching out and giving instructions as soon as I made the booking, and reaching out through out our stay to make sure we weren't lacking anything. the house was equipped with the essentials, and was comfortable for our party of 8 with 2 young children. it is located in a quite neighborhood, on the outskirts of the mountain, an older, residential neighborhood of yerevan with very narrow roads. on the map the house seemed very close to center but in reality the commute was not very easy, specially with 2 strollers, however once we figured out how to use a ride sharing app, we were able to get taxis to commute. there is a pool featured in the house, the water is clean but ice cold, which some people might enjoy, unfortunately for us it was too cold and not usable despite 40degrees outside.

1: So safe, quite area and building 2: very short distance to anywhere in the city center (only about five minutes walking distance to main street of Charents/ State university of Armenia And Sayat Nova Street). And 20-30 minutes walking to any sightseeing place in the centre of Yerevan, for example Opera, cascade, republic square. 3: Huge five bedroom house with yard and BBQ place, which 100% matches the pictures. All pictures are real. 4: And regarding staff:Arik was an amazing person,so helpful and friendly,from the day first he helped me to buy a phone and carrier and he showed me around and all the shopping places,also Vanik was so helpful and friendly,both of them responded very quickly if I had any questions. You guys doing great out there. Thanks Kian
