I recommend Little Yvette to everyone. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and well connected to the center (the Metro is literally under the house, you can see it from the window). Charlotte is one of the best hosts I've ever had, kind, friendly and very easy to contact. The apartment has everything you need to live comfortably. If you want to feel at home in Paris too, don't think twice

I had a wonderful stay here for over a month! Charlotte was a great host she was so friendly and easy to contact. She provided fresh sheets twice during my stay. The studio is beautiful and feels homely. The large window makes the space feel really open and I didn’t need a fan because you can leave it open at night with the shutter closed for a breeze. There’s good storage space under the bed and with the cupboard to hang clothes. The kitchen stove heats up really well. I mainly used it for hot water but it worked great. The shower is nice and has brand new doors. The toilet is outside the studio shared with another apartment but I never saw them and it was very clean. Only thing to note is because it’s just for one person you can’t have guests. The area felt very calm and safe but so close to the metro to get to other neighbourhoods. There’s heaps of bakeries and supermarkets around too and lovely parks. I would highly recommend Charlotte’s studio! I would stay here again!

The place is small, but perfect if you have to stay in Paris for an internship for example. Everything you need (supermarkets, laundromat etc) is at walking distance. Charlotte is a very nice host (with a cute dog!), who does everything to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I definitely recommend this place!

I staid here for six weeks and it was a wonderful experience. The place is very clean and the neighborhood is safe and beautiful. The studio is quite comfortable for one person and it gets plenty of light from the big window. Clean towels and bedsheets were provided every two weeks. Charlotte is very friendly and helpful. She was really caring about making my stay pleasant. She was always available when I needed to talk to her. I really appreciated her taking the time to give me tips and hints on how to live and get around in Paris.

Minha estadia no studio da Charlotte foi excelente! Sobre o apartamento, oferece uma cama confortável, frigobar em bom estado, fogão elétrico eficiente, espaço adequado para guardar as roupas e sala de banho bem equipada. O vaso sanitário situa-se num cômodo à parte, de fácil acesso. Há uma janela ampla com vista para a rua, o que é muito bom. Para quem precisa, ainda tem elevador, mas como o studio fica no primeiro andar a escada é uma opção prática. O prédio teve uma vizinhança tranquila. Há alguns detalhes da decoração que demonstram o cuidado de Charlotte com o apartamento, o que é muito bom par ao hóspede. A anfitriã foi muito simpática, paciente com não-falantes da língua francesa, e esteve sempre à disposição para o que eu precisasse. Sobre o bairro, o 16 arrondissement é excelente: tem variedade de mercados, lavanderias, bares, lojas diversas e acesso muito facilitado às estações de metrô. A estação Jasmin, por exemplo, tem acesso a pouco metros do edifício. Está muito próximo do Bois de Boulougne, ótimo para atividades de lazer, e também do Rio Sena, no sentido contrário. A Torre Eiffel, por exemplo, monumento símbolo da cidade, está a pouco mais de 2Km de caminhada. De metrô são apenas alguns minutos descendo na estação Trocadéro. Para quem gosta, também tem uma estação de bicicletas próximo, uma das muitas piscinas públicas de Paris (Auteuil) e academias de ginástica e musculação. Enfim, tive uma experiência muito agradável e, por isso, recomendo aos usuários o studio da Charlotte. Tive uma ótima estadia no apartamento e uma ótima experiência no bairro. Merci!
