The room and house is so lovely , and Penny and her family are so helpful and welcoming! I really loved the calm environment and beautiful nature. The location is also very good, located right next to a bus station, which leads you directly to Christchurch. Additionally, the kitchen has everything you might need. 😍 Absolutely recommended!

My friend and I rented this room (homestay) during our entire exchange semester - ITS BEEN OUTSTANDING ! My friend and I have rather high standards and this has surpassed all of our expectations. If you are looking for a place that is 1) friendly 2) super clean and tidy 3) very spacious… the list goes on. Penny and her husband Charles has been nothing short of amazing. They have helped us out with so many practical things and are extremely invested in making your stay something special. So, on a personal level, an amazing host ! The house/room is great! Its got all the essentials and so much more. The house is located a bit outside of Lincoln and is surrounded by fields of grazing cows. A beaut. This location is perfect for the outdoor/nature interested as well as the culture-minded. I cant recommend this place enough - 100/100⭐️

This was a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast included everything that was needed, and Penny was always super responsive and helpful when we had a question. Definitely recommend!
