Place was clean and as explained but was in a sketchy part of town. Had absolutely no issues whatsoever, I just wouldn’t walk down the street to the store and back.

Comfortable and clean. Washer and dryer in unit is a super plus especially when at a softball showcase. Great host Thank you Sharron for everything.

I love this my favorite thing was the huge couch it’s not shown in pictures but I love it an big tv with sling steaming , no washing powder , place was good for the price . Nice neighbors. Kind of ducked off from 3rd ave can be a lil loud sometimes with cars but it didn’t really bother me . ❤️ I had a good stay , I didn’t like one of the beds it was very squeaky but the other bed felt like a cloud ☁️. Nice bathroom I would definitely recommend

Thanks for the prompt communications and easy check in process. I am not complaining about the location (as other families did) because this is Alabama, that's the demographic of the area and if anybody has issues with it, just go to a different place. We did not have an issue with it. Our only issue, as discussed with you was that the apartment was not clean and it caused a lot of issues for my kids. I discussed with you and offered multiple pictures of some of the issues. You waived the cleaning fee. As I gave you my personal opinion, the place can easily be changed to offer a better deal for customers like us. Some remodel was done in the unit but a lot of details were left just to save a few bucks, ie: covering holes in the doors with a piece of glued/painted wood square, very old/rusty and unclean kitchen plates and serving tools, air ducts completely blocked with dust, food left in the living room with moldy mac and cheese, etc. I hope these issues are resolved for future guests. EandJ were very accommodating and quick to respond to questions. I would recommend this stay to anyone and hope to be back in the future!
