I can’t imagine a more wonderful way to complete our stay in Iceland! Most beautiful surroundings and house. We were a group of 12 people, ages 11 - 83 yrs and the house/accommodations were perfect for all! Finally, Susan and Vidir are incredibly kind hosts. We would return in a heartbeat!

Susan and Vidur's place was the highlight of our trip. The place is beautiful, huge and modern with all top of the line amenities. The kitchen was industrial grade, we loved the dish washer which could wash the dishes within 2 mins. The hosts were responsive in their reply and made sure our stay was comfortable. We loved using the massive hot pool and sauna.

Most beautiful barn!! We got snowed in here during a huge wind/snow storm and the grocery store had already closed the hosts brought us groceries from their own home. Literally couldn’t have asked for better hosts. The farm was also STUNNING.

A beautiful place and peaceful stay for our group of 10 friends. Susan and Vidir were friendly, hospitable, and very kind. The home was clean and spacious, and we loved the industrial kitchen for cooking meals. The location is worth the drive out from Reykjavik, away from the city lights as we were able to see the Northern Lights right outside the house on our third night. It was spectacular. The surrounding mountains are gorgeous and the horses on the farm were so much fun! We walked out and pet them during the day. The sauna and hot tub were wonderful and very clean. I would recommend Susan and Vidir’s home to anyone looking for a fun getaway and a chance to see the lights!
