We had a great stay at Denny's beach house. The place was as advertised and just the right size for our family. We walked to many local restaurants and the canal was close, where you could go kayaking. Everything was labeled and there were clear details on how to find/operate all amenities. We had puzzles to play, a nice screened-in porch, and internet/TV for the rainy days. Denny was also very responsive to any inquiries. We will definitely be back.

The house was great and exactly as described. It was very clean, 20 minute walk to the beach (I did walk it) and a quiet street. Also when you walk to the beach is right at the boardwalk so any shopping is right there. We used the parking pass and only had trouble finding parking on Saturday but we went in the afternoon. Otherwise the parking pass was a great addition to the house. If you like biking this is a great place to get around on bike. they even have designated bike lanes on the main street. The kitchen is fully stocked too - Denny has everything if you're planning on cooking for the week. We had a great vacation!

Dennys's house was just what the doctor ordered! Close enough to walk to the beach and boardwalk, or a short drive when you were hauling gear down. The house is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood and we really enjoyed the screened in porch. Denny was quick to respond when questions arose.
