For a brief work trip, this is a great option - a bargain for the price, and the hosts were very easily reachable. One of the nights, I was startled hearing gun-like sounds very near the apartment, and messaged the hosts about it. They were very quick to respond and ease my concerns, as I was traveling alone and those sounds made me feel nervous. The street outside the apartment is a little clogged with cars lining both sides of a very small neighborhood road, but if you're planning on just using this spot as a place to crash, you're good. My only other issue was that I found a bug crawling around in the sink one morning and had to flush it down the sink, but other than that, I didn't have any other issues. It's not totally private, but a great spot that is not too far from very sought-after locations in LA!

Listing is very accurate, hosts were responsive and place was worth it for the price. It was perfect for what we needed, a quiet safe spot with parking for our stay and easy to find/navigate. We never lived in a shared space before but was relatively quiet and hardly heard/seen the other guests - the walls are thin but we were lucky to stay with other quiet guests. One thing I noticed was that the ceiling light wasn't working (the remote was missing but Rosemary immediately ordered one and responded) but there were lamps too for lighting so didn't really impact us. The hosts were kind enough to leave waterbottles and the shared kitchen had everything you needed though we didn't need to cook. I would recommend!
