A beautifully, spacious home located in a well desired neighborhood of Sandy Bay, Hanover. The home sits on a hill, providing stunning ocean views and cool ocean breezes. There is a pool table for some family fun. The landscaper climbed the coconut tree in the back yard and provided us with fresh coconut water and jelly. It was an extra treat. I would highly recommend Kevin’s home. I know I will be back for another visit.

Kevin’s home worked out great for us because we were looking for an affordable place to stay near Tryall. The home is very large, clean, offers comfortable beds & pillows, lots of nice kitchen items (pots/pans, dish wear, etc.) for cooking, and lovely views of the ocean. Great value! Plus Kevin was very attentive to my questions and easy to communicate with. A couple things to keep in mind for future guests, it’s a warm a very humid climate in Jamaica. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms only. It gets warm in the main living space. Opening windows helps some. Also, I’d recommend asking Kevin if someone can greet you for your arrival. There is a rod iron door inside the main door that was difficult to get open. Having someone there to open the house up for you will prevent any struggle getting in. Cheers!

As the previous reviewer mentioned there is a steep hill to climb with luggage to gain entry into the home. The home does require som maintenance. The distance to downtown Montego Bay is roughly 30-40min drive which can end up being costly. The biggest Issue we had was we booked a chef prior to arrival and specifically noted the days we wanted, and was told the price would be for a our choice of 2 meals per day. upon arrival the chef didn’t arrive until the late morning early afternoon on the first day we chose and cooked one meal and we were told the chef would be staying on the premises for the entire week. We had no privacy as she was often on the balcony and asked for the key when we left out. We communicated with the chef and Kevin only to end up paying for more days then we signed up for. This was a bad experience and we felt like we were taken advantage of.
