Be careful to read fine prints. I booked 2 bedrooms suits according to their description but they waited until the cancelation date had expired to tell me I only booked one bedroom out of a two bedroom suit that left me no way out. Then they asked me to pay $440 more for one bedroom suit for privacy then put me in one bedroom suit which could only access by me. I travelled 17 out of 26 days of my stay but I wanted to rent the suit for safekeeping of my expensive photo equipment I left behind. They moved my belongings to a different suit when I was away. The mishandling had broken my $2,800 Sony FE1.8 135mm lens. Nevertheless they didn't move all my belongings thus many items were missing. One of the item was the most valuable picture of my grandchildren on magnet stuck on the refrigerator door. In the first suit I found cockroaches wandering around. Housekeeping didn't clean thoroughly every time I sat on the toilet I saw same strains of someone long hair left on the bath tub's top.

The place is as described, the bed is soft and comfortable big kitchen, dining room, and tv room. Close to restaurants and markets.

Good location, the room and facilities are exactly as in the photos. Responsive and nice host. The cleanliness is also perfect.

Pizzpart apartment is very clean and location for folks accustomed to more modern facilities. It has many shops and restaurants within walking to landmark 81. Minh is very helpful and responsive with any questions. I would stay again Pizzpart
