We had a great stay at Anna's Annex, with a really relaxing space featuring a spacious garden. She left us some helpful essentials in the fridge on arrival and came to chat to us when we arrived. We were back for some challenging family health reasons and she made us feel welcome, comfortable and at home. There was no hassle, which was just what we wanted. Useful information for future guests: - The Annex is child friendly, with a travel cot and high chair available. The stairs are a little slippy so best to let Anna know in advance in case anything needing placed in front of these. This was not a problem for us. - The TV is quite small, which wasn't an issue for us at all, but may be worth noting for some guests Overall this was just what we needed, and getting to meet Anna's curious little cat was a great treat too!

We absolutely loved bed the Annex! The pictures didn’t do it justice. The location is quiet and private, perfect for families and within driving distance to town and lots of parks, walks and shops. The place was spotlessly clean, bright and spacious. Anna made me feel like I was visiting home with lots of wee special touches and she was so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back in the near future!

I would highly recommend Anna’s place to anyone. I live local but I booked it for my family from America and there is always added worry when it is for someone else. I needed had worried. Anna was a super host and always replied to me promptly. She had left a welcome package which was lovely. The annex is situation in a lovely, private, safe area but I would say for someone not local, a sat nav is advisable.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay, while being slightly out of the way it’s a perfect distance from the town centre. Anna was also very helpful and friendly
