A very comfortable cozy large peaceful one room apartment with a good shower etc attached . Every thing here is done very well and with great views right in the lake and comfortable furniture you can quickly unwind here. The kitchen area (no hot plate) is well thought through with the bonus of gorgeous foods provided by the talented owner. The owners are next door and are very responsive but leave you alone in peace as well. This is one of the best Airbnb’s I have been in.

Excellent place to stay, out of town enough to be dead quiet (except for the ducks) but close enough to get to the Eat Street restaurants very quickly. Nice spa looking out at the lake/stars. Plum cake!

We stayed here for five nights in this very private space - we had our own patio and deck, and Lake Rotorua was down the lawn in front of us. Impatiens were blooming everywhere! The refrigerator contained milk, yogurt, and delicious breakfast treats baked by Ginie with homemade jam, enough to last our stay. The Beach House is very cozy and comfy and feels like you are in someone's guest room, but private. Ginie welcomed us and was very available for questions, but did not at all intrude. The Beach House has a collection of classic LPs which we really enjoyed playing! It is only 10-12 minutes from downtown Rotorua so easy to go into town for dinner, but away from all the hustle and bustle there. And - there is a lovely hot tub which we enjoyed using while watching the stars come out.

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house is incredibly cozy and charming, with stunning views of the lake that took our breath away. The host was so welcoming and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed relaxing by the spa pool and watching the sunset over the lake from the patio. It was the perfect getaway, and we can't wait to come back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with beautiful surroundings. Thank you for a fantastic experience!"
