The place was really clean. The location was superb since it's just behind SM San Lazaro. The host was very understanding. The staff and guards were accommodating and helpful.

a nice pleasant no issues stay place, it’s safe, clean, very near to places i am interested in , security at the place is great, the officers are really doing their job, the view from the window is astounding, the facilities , although minimalistic is sufficient, looking forward to staying again in the near future, the host is very positively responsive ••¥

Mary Ann’s place is spacious and comfortable. Linens and towels are soft and clean and necessities are well provided. Mary Ann is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. It was a hassle free experience. Location was great with a 711, mcdo and mall nearby. Transportation was convenient and place is clean and relaxing. Will definitely go back.
