Simarjeet is a great AirBnB host, he is always available on the phone, via the app or email through AirBnB. It was our second schedule visit, having been twelve months ago and we made a one night booking as a stop over to travelling home to the UK. Unfortunately, this year due to unforeseen circumstances we didn't make it to Delhi long enough to stay over, however Simarjeet was more than helpful with our situation and, as we have met him and stayed at his place in Safdarjung before, we know that he is a genuine and hospitable host. On our next trip we will probably make Delhi our first stop to make up for lost experiences and Simarjeet's place will be top of the list.

This was my 2nd stay with Simarjeet place and the hospitality was as great as 1st time. Although, the bathroom condition was not good at all. The water was leaking from the washbasin sink and was very dirty. The wooden cabin was also rotten due to water leakage. Plus the shower area had collected some molds in the corner which should be fixed asap. I shared my concern and showed respective fix to Bijender (house care person). I will still recommend people to stay at this beautiful place as its close proximity to lot of business and is ar South Delhi location.

Simarjeets place in Safdarjung Enclave has great connectivity to the airport and the NZM railway station. The check in took some time because it was early morning and the personnel were busy with arranging breakfast for the other guests. So it took some time for us to get in touch with the Man in charge and find the place. I would advise putting up a board or something at the door so that guests know which floor to go to. It took us sometime to figure out the floor. The room was fine however the listing showed that the room had bath tubs, which was not present. I think there were no bathtubs in any of the bathrooms of this property, the photos are probably from the other property that Simarjeet owns. This is misinformation and should be updated. The property manager Bijender was the most pleasant guys. He was always on his feet with whatever request we had, always smiling and very helpful and friendly. And his food is absolutely delicious!
