The house is magnificent, even better than in the photos. The perfect place to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday with friends or family. Mallorca's beautiful beaches are not far away.

We – two families with one kid each (total 6 people) rented the house for a week. Here is our feedback. Where to start… Welcome: The welcome to the house was really not as expected. No toilet paper, no soap, no water, no salt nor pepper, nothing! I've never had to go an first get toilet paper in a rented home. The first impression was very disappointing. The house has also only timed air-condition from 8 PM to 8 AM during the night and only in the bed rooms. Therefore the living room & kitchen was constantly hot. Safety: Some places are NOT safe in the house. The sliding door going to the 1st floor is hard to open plus falls off the rail respectively out. This is really dangerous with kids. A top drawer in the kitchen is broken and at kids height, when they open it there are sharp nails and it's possible to get a cut. Next to the pool, there is a small passage which goes to the pool maintenance area, it’s easy to oversee and it’s possible to fall into that gap and get dangerously harmed. Especially with kids a big safety issue! Renovation needed: The mobilliar is very worn-out and does not reflect the pictures. It needs some major renevations. Also the main door to the house, is hard to close as the door robber comes off. Communication: The Communication is very bad with EasyVillas, I’ve tried to reach them while there and also gave this feedback here, but no single reaction to it. Would have been at least good to get some answer from them. Price-Value: is defeintely not given! For this price you can get more on other places. I’ve rented many times before and stayed at nice hotels at Mallorca, and this was shabby. What was good: The house has a lovely architecture and the pool is very nice. And if points above can get fixed, the house has potential.
