We enjoyed our stay in The Hague and our stay at Ellen’s place. The careful and thoughtful appointments in the rooms added to the comforts and pleasures of the stay. Fresh flowers (I’m a flower person) were a treat as were the stroopwafles. There are independent shops - cheese, wine, produce, chocolate- nearby in addition to a grocery store. The kitchen is great and the knives are of excellent quality and sharp! A detail of note given this was our third Airbnb stop this trip. The living spaces spacious and wonderful. Decor thoughtfully selected and placed adding to the overall appeal to the apartment. Details thoughtfully addressed - Cozy throws and pillows on the extra large sofa, large dining table, writing desk, great mattress- did I mention the flowers? It was a pleasure to watch them open and develop over the days of our stay. Stepping down the private hall to the bathroom took a little getting used to but the bathroom itself - spacious, well appointed with a super shower.

We had a lovely time here, perfect location, great bars and restaurants near by and a short walk to the tram stop. Super clean and tidy, better than in the pictures. Staying in the top floor of a beautiful house.
