Farin was polite, easy to talk to, replied quickly to messages. Place was easy to find, good location for traveling. Good facilities. Lovely son who cleaned pool for us. However, cleanliness wasn't to an acceptable standard. On arrival we found other people's underwear in cupboards and in washing machine, toilet paper with blood spots behind second bedroom door and dead flies on most window sills. Had to dust back of bed frame and clean inside windows and doors which were covered in kids handprints. From the outside, windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned all year. Under the beds were shockingly dusty with rubbish underneath. Coffee grounds and broken biscuits in cupboards. I did contact Farin after stay who was unhappy with how we found the place and said he would talk to the cleaners. The pool is behind the hosts house which overlooks the pool. The house is all glass, overlooking the pool, with no curtains just sheer nets, so didn't feel as private as we would have like.

Definitely enjoyed the stay here with the family, we took advantage of everything listed - from basketball to the trampoline to the pool. Farin was very responsive too. Exactly as described, it was great.

Our experience was far from other reviews. For starters, be aware there is a gate and if you have more than one vehicle you need to ask the host for an extra gate remote. Having stayed at many Airbnb locations, this property has more rules and policies than I have ever experienced. We were happy to comply but just be forewarned. Based on all the rules and policies, we had high expectations for the property itself. We were severely disappointed: -Property is older and not well maintained -Master bedroom floor has an area that sinks when walking across it -Bedding is the bare minimum. Only three pillows total that are old and raggedy and no extra blankets. We had to go purchase our own pillows -Bath towels had stains and holes, showing much wear -Thermostat was password protected -Glass entry doors that use cheap blinds to cover the glass. Must be lifted out of the way before using the doors. These are just a few of the issues. The host should be embarrassed to offer this to guests.
