This property was perfect for what we needed! It could easily accommodate our entire group of 12 and had comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces for hanging out. The owner was very friendly, and the property felt very private. Thank you!

Mark’s place was the perfect location for our family gathering! I’m local to Austin, but my family is from out of town and they fell in love with the beautiful setting (tons of oak trees!), great backyard including pool and hot tub that were always ready to use, and the game room. Also for larger groups like ours, it was nice to have so many bathrooms! Everything was so much fun for the whole family. So much so that we decided to quit going on our annual beach trip and come back here every year instead. It is also very close to some great places to eat and drink! Don’t forget to check out The Salt Lick, Trattoria Lisina and the winery next door, and Vista Brewing- all within a very short drive. This is a great spot to enjoy the hill country while still being close enough to drive into Austin!

Definitely enjoyed Marks place, peaceful mornings and entertaining evenings, host was very responsive , friendly and made sure we were comfortable… host went out of his way to ship a left item, would definitely stay here again!

If you are looking for a place to stay and hang out with family and friends this is definitely the house for you. Plenty of space, great backyard and the game room was so much fun and entertaining for everyone. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the pots and pans anyone would need. Would definitely rent this place again.
