Rain let me check in and check out at a time that was convenient to me which was a great help. The actual check in process was a meeting point at the local 7/11 just outside the condo complex and the bottom of the road. The condo was clean, bright and quiet. The WiFi was fast and stable. I didn't use the gym or pool so I can't say anything to that. They looked OK when I explored the complex. The guards at the gate said good morning and I felt safe. There are vending machines in the parking lot. There is a good sized 7/11 1 minute away from the condo conplex which was convenient and a member of staff was kind enough to deliver the big bottles of water I bought. The walk from the condo complex to On Nut BTS station is lined with small local shops, restaurants, fighting gym, beauty shop etc. The one thing that I found disappointing was the distance to On Nut BTS station. I felt it took more than the stated 10 minutes and as Bangkok Streets are not even and straight it was a journey. In the end I took a motorbike taxi to and fro. It cost 15-20 Bhat (tourist rate?) but it was quick convenient. There are always motorbike taxis waiting near the condo complex. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

You don’t get the room in the photos. It’s very, very misleading. However, the room is absolutely fine. The TV was first set up in Thai so you can’t change it to English in the settings as it’s all in Thai. The assistant is Philipino so also can’t read Thai to change it. The host needs to make it a lot clearer in the (extensive) Guidebook that check in does not happen at the apartment - it happens at the local 7/11 store instead. This is a company owning 125+ Air BnB’s so be prepared for a less personal approach.

The address provided on airbnb is different to actual place. must follow the guide provided to find the place. From bts station to apartment the road is not roller luggage friendly very hard to get there. I was having problem with my mobile service so went into a cafe to contact the host told them will be in the designated waiting area within 10minutes but host did not respond and ended up waiting for 1.5 hours. Worse check in experience ever. Everything else was fine beside location and check in process

The place was very nice and very clean. The shower had hot water and there was good WiFi connection. It was a good 10 minute walk to the SkyTrain and then several stops from the main areas but overall a good location for the price. Easy check in and communication.
