Bâtiments anciens bien rénovés dans un immense parc entouré d’eau.(ancien moulin) Nous avons passé un très bon week-end en famille dans cette magnifique demeure très bien équipée. Malheureusement nous n’avons pas été gâtés par le temps (pluie très fréquentes pendant les 3 jours) et nous avons très peu profité du parc. Heureusement le salon est vraiment très vaste et agréable avec une cheminée Le salle de billard est superbe. et nous étions très proches du centre-ville de Clamecy. Les chambres sont toutes très belles.

We had a great week. Everything is very clean including the pool. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped for large groups (there were 13 of us). The BBQ was great in the summer heat! All the bedrooms were comfy and clean. We had some teenagers with us and they adored the billiard room and the pool. My only criticism was some problems with the bathrooms but we were told about them on arrival (allegedly no plumber could be found in August). But there were enough bathrooms to work around the issues. Sylvie, the caretaker, came over every couple of days to pick up the rubbish and clean the pool. She is lovely and did her best with our rudimentary French. Recommended!

This is a very special place in a beautiful unique setting. We really enjoyed the privacy of the property and gardens but also the convenience of being able to walk into town and accessing local amenities. The weather was a little changeable but we were able to enjoy being outside in the peaceful gardens everyday and although cold we did use the swimming pool which was welcome when the weather heated up. The interior of the house is stunning. The large sitting/dining room is a wonderful space and, although small, the kitchen was very well equipped. The only negative I can think of is perhaps an additional toilet in the main house would be useful (maybe in the large bathroom) as having only one upstairs toilet is not sufficient for the number of people that the main house accommodates. A special mention for Sylvie who was a great help and welcomed us warmly and was very attentive throughout the week.

een geweldige locatie, een prachtig uitgestrekt domein met mooie bomen en toch zeer dicht bij het kleine stadje. De gebouwen zijn al wat ouder en dat merk je.

C’est la deuxième fois que nous venons passer le week-end entre amis et nous ne sommes toujours pas déçus. Maison impeccable et très charmante avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Toutes les chambres sont très sympas donc personne n’est lésé ! J’ai envie de vous dire à l’année prochaine :)
