Muntadhar’s place is absolutely amazing! It is very spacious and clean. There are a lot of restaurants around. Also I personally like to use airbnb for laundry when you have a long stay and laundry machine also worked very well. The host was very responsive and responsible :)

Muntadhar was very responsive and helpful even when I couldn't locate certain information on the app due to poor connectivity in country. When we asked for more toilet paper and towels, they were provided immediately. There were also some guide books in the apartment that we used to plan our last day in Muscat, so that was very helpful. The only downside to this apartment is the location. It is directly across from a very loud highway. If you're a light sleeper like me, this may prove problematic. However, if that is not an issue for you, then this space would be ideal since it is located in a part of town with lots of restaurants and easy access to the highway. Overall, a very positive experience!

Very spacious flat with two bedrooms perfect to accommodate 4 people comfortably. Close to a highway, it was quite noisy, and some of the equipment was not working (almost no light in the bathroom for instance, one out of three was working, with the amount paid you could expect electricity or bulbs to be functioning). The host was quick to answer, nice and helpful, so overall it did its job!
