The location of the house is perfect as a base for walkers and family time. The house itself was very tastefully decorated an extra special touch was the addition of a Christmas tree with lights which was so lovely for our stay over the new year. The attention to detail such as the beautifully scented hand soap, tea/coffee, crisps and a bottle of fizz on arrival helped us to quickly settle in. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely place, all amenities listed available. Had issues opening app to get guide on how to check in, so it’s worth reading as we didn’t realise we needed a key code upon arrival. Beautiful quiet place. Only downside is there is no convenience store on site / not walkable and you need to drive to the next village. Other than that, perfect stay!

this was our second stay at windrush lake. it's a great place to be. The place was spotless and it was nice to be right at the end of the lake. nice places to eat nearby.

Fantastic location and view, the water park has lots to do and some good eateries. When the weather is sunny it’s a place you won’t want to leave.
