This place was all we needed for our visit. Alan was very responsive and we had no issues during our stay. Only ding I gave was on cleanliness because some pillows had several dark black hairs on them, which was odd. That’s the only complaint I could give, though. (I did not report this in the moment to Alan because it wasn’t a showstopper or anything.) Would definitely stay there again.

We try to stay at one of Alan's lodgings whenever we are in Tuscaloosa. They are more comfortable than a hotel, more spacious and easy to get to campus. He also includes lots toiletries which are much appreciated.

The place is nice and clean. Easy to get in instructions. Always clean and home like.

Kitchen water flow is extremely slow. The faucet runs after the water is shut off for about 15 seconds. Needs replacing. All the floors are extremely cold.
