Die Wohnung ist sehr klein, aber für einen Städtetrip absolut ausreichend. Der Balkon ist sehr gemütlich. Das Gebäude ist wunderschön und ruhig und der Lift ist ein Highlight.

I stayed for weeks in the apartment and really enjoyed it. It is exactly as in the description, and Nico was a very friendly and responsive communicator. The apartment is also in a great area, and the building was nice and clean. The sofa bed was easy to pull out and put away. Highly recommended for a solo traveler.

C'est la seconde année que nous venons en décembre dans cet appartement. Il est parfait pour 2 personnes, en plein centre de Nice. Toutes les commodités aux alentours. Le tram à deux pas, proximité de la gare ,de la promenade des anglais etc... Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.

Le studio est très bien placé, au 5 ieme étage d’un immeuble qui a 2 entrées une sur la rue et une sur le supermarché. C’est tres pratique pour faire ses courses et ne pas avoir à les transporter trop longtemps. La terrasse du studio est un grand plus, très agréable pour se détendre. Le studio est petit mais bien agencé et équipé. Nico est un hôte à l’écoute et réactif absolument dédié à rendre votre séjour agréable. J’ai été tres contente par mon séjour dans ce studio.

This was our second time staying in Nico's apartment and everything was perfect again. The location is very convenient - close to boutiques, restaurants and everything else we could want plus only a short walk from the beach. Nico provided lots of tips for things to do and see in Nice and check-in was stress-free with very clear instructions. We love staying here in summer and will be back next year!
