We loved our stay! The house was the perfect size for us. The location was gorgeous! Jessy was very responsive and helpful. The marina to put our boat in was close by and easy to find. We hope to come again!

Perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. Home was comfortable and clean, well appointed and nicely decorated. Enjoyed sitting on the dock by the canal. There is only one lot between this place and the ocean, but the lot is empty so you have an unobstructed view. Jessy was quick to return text messages to answer questions. Highly recommend this place.

Rented for my father to stay at while we had a large family vacation in Marathon. He enjoyed the house! Beautiful views :) Quiet area. Fully stocked, Well kept home.

We had a wonderful time staying at this cute little cottage. The views from the dock were absolutely stunning, which is where we spent most of our time. The home was very clean and comfortable with a huge window in the living room looking out at the Atlantic....bonus on hot days. The master bedroom bed was very comfy for us, the sheets and bedding were clean. We didn't use the spare bedroom. Maybe-my only complaint, as others have stated, were the bathrooms are definitely small. We didn't use the master bathroom as that shower and sink were way too small, but was able to use the hall bath....but with that being said, I would go back in a heartbeat. We did have an issue with the water not being very hot, and I contacted Jessy and she promptly (within a couple hours) sent someone over to fix it...so communication was top notch. The home is close to some great restaurants, parks and beaches. Overall....we had a GREAT TIME!
